Overview
Join a vibrant and market-leading Apprenticeship provider based in Birmingham city centre. Working alongside the Business Development Team, you will be resourcing and supporting applicants through the apprenticeship recruitment process.
You will build relationships to ensure each new learner you recruit fully meets the eligibility criteria and that advertising and networking activity is maintained at a high standard to achieve continuous growth.
You will be predominantly recruiting for Childcare or TA programmes.
What you will be doing
- Create and manage adverts to attract new potential learners
- Conduct CV screening of new applications and telephone screening to progress eligible applicants to interview
- Carry out learner interviews to select appropriate learners for the programme that meet Swifts eligibility criteria.
- Accurately advise potential learners on the programmes offered (IAG) and guide them through process to their start date
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are achieved to ensure learner retention
- Maintain all learner information on tracking systems ensuring all activity is logged and recorded with quality and compliance
- To work as part of an effective commercial team, whilst also liaising with the operations and compliance teams
- To promote the culture of the company in accordance with its Mission Vision and Values
- To mentor Apprentices to learn and achieve the professional skills required for the workplace
- To ensure all Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes induction paperwork is 100% compliant for handover prior for final checking/processing.
- Attend networking events and jobs fairs, meetings and workshops as necessary to carry out your role effectively
Your Experience
- Previous experience of apprenticeships, recruitment or a background in education would be advantageous
- We need someone highly organised with strong communication skills and a supportive nature
- Strong attention to detail skills or knowledge of compliance processes
