Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Skills Assessor Coach in the Luton/St Albans area ( to deliver Level 2, Level 3, and Level 5 childcare apprenticeship qualifications. You will be joining a well-established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector. This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace.
To apply for this vacancy, you must be an experienced and qualified assessor, and be able to deliver L5 (Previous management experience within the early years sector)

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications and preparing learners for end-point assessments, using coaching and assessment methods that comply with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements.
You will also be required to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. Achieving organisational targets for qualification achievement rates is a key responsibility of this role.
You will be responsible for administration tasks, managing appointments, and keeping up to date with the latest policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have excellent time-management and organisational skills, as well as a positive outlook and self-motivation.

The successful candidate will have...
- CAVA, A1 award or equivalent - Essential
- Degree in Early Years and/or Nursery Management, with relevant experience. - Essential
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification (AET, PTTLS, or equivalent). - Desirable
- Childcare assessing experience. - Essential
